"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found the builder simple to use — no big learning curve or anything. It did get a little slow here and there — which was kind of annoying, but overall it was easy enough to work with.

"Wish I’d expected the transfer to take a bit longer"
I moved my domain over to Domain.com last week, the process itself was straightforward. The steps made sense, and I got the confirmation emails I needed without having to bug support, which I appreciated.

The only thing I regret is assuming it would move faster, because the transfer took a little longer than I had in mind. I also wish the status page gave a clearer picture of what was happening, but in the end everything went through fine.

"Renewal price feels a little steep"
I’ve been using Domain.com for my domain for a while now, it’s been smooth. I haven’t run into any major issues, and everything has worked the way I needed it to. The only thing that made me pause was the renewal price, it feels a bit higher than I’d like. Still, the service has been reliable overall, so I’m okay with it for now.

"Clear prices, but I felt a bit ignored"
I did like that the prices were shown right away when I was picking my domain. The renewal cost was easy to find too, which was nice because I didn’t have to dig around or wait until the final checkout step to see it.
Checkout was simple and I didn’t feel pushed into a bunch of random extras, which is rare with domain sites. The only downside was that when I had a small question, I kind of felt ignored for a bit before getting an answer. Still, overall I’m happy with it so far

"Registration was quick enough"
I’ll give them credit, getting my domain registered was quick and didn’t really give me any trouble. So, thankfully, that part was easy enough.

"I got billed for something I didn’t..."
I got billed for something I didn’t mean to renew, so I reached out to support not really knowing if it was going to be a hassle. It took a little bit of waiting, which is understandable I guess, but they refunded it without making it a huge deal. that seems fair to me, right? Overall I’m happy with how Domain.com handled the billing issue.

"Pretty reliable so far, honestly"
My site has stayed up pretty much the whole time, which is really all I was hoping for. There was one small hiccup, but it was short and didn’t turn into a whole thing, thankfully. So far, I’m happy with the uptime.

"SSL setup was surprisingly painless, honestly"
I’ve been using Domain.com for my site, and getting the SSL set up was way easier than I expected. I was kind of ready for some annoying tech mess, but the security settings were easy to find and the reminders are helpful so I don’t forget renewals. It’s not flawless in every single area, obviously, but for keeping my site secure, it has been perfectly satisfactory. So yeah, overall solid

"Support got back to me really fast"
I ran into an issue with my domain settings and wasn’t even sure if I had changed something that day or the day before. I just knew something wasn’t working right and I was kind of lost.

I messaged support expecting to wait a while, but they got back to me really fast. Or at least it felt fast — I had stepped away for a bit and came back to a reply already there. The person explained things clearly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking basic questions.
We got it sorted out in the same chat, which was a relief because I thought it might drag into the next day or maybe it had already been longer than I realized. Either way, happy with domain.com so far...
